Ronnie Jagday

Managing Partner

Ronnie is the founder of the Antares group of companies.  Prior to Antares, Ronnie spent eighteen years in Silicon Valley, California, where he co-founded a technology services company that counted several Global Fortune 100 companies as clients and achieved a successfully M&A exit in 2019. Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from San Jose State University and is a Certified Project Manager from Stanford University. 

Ronnie is an Olympic Athlete who represented Canada’s Men’s National Field Hockey team in 125 international matches, including the 1998 World Cup in Holland, the 1999 Pan American Games (Gold Medal), and the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Ronnie is a proud husband and father of two boys, and resides in both Coquitlam and Whistler, BC.

Aman Grewal

Partner

Aman's path has taken him across cities, from Surrey to Northern California and back to Vancouver's North Shore. He has a proven track record within the real estate industry and specialized in structuring cross border investments targeting distressed real estate investments in US markets. Known for his hands-on approach, Aman has managed every aspect of the real estate investments cycle, from acquisition and property management to development and construction.

Before to co-founding Antares Capital, he spent the past few years developing residential real estate projects in Coquitlam and overseeing projects for a North Shore construction firm. His portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from restoring West Coast modern homes worth $1M to orchestrating the construction of a $25M contemporary vacation home on the Sunshine Coast.

Sunny Saggu

Partner

Sunny Saggu is a general partner at Antares Capital and plays a plays a pivotal role in the executive team, contributing to the firm’s growth strategy through his focus on raising capital, investment management, and project acquisitions. He actively identifies new development opportunities and builds strategic partnerships to support Antares Capital’s objectives. Sunny’s diverse background spans construction, IT, and private equity, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the firm’s operations.

Before joining Antares Capital, Sunny spent over a decade in Silicon Valley, where he founded and scaled an IT startup to over $40 million in annual revenue. His experience driving growth and innovation in the tech industry equips him with valuable insights that he applies in the real estate and investment sectors.Sunny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from Simon Fraser University. He is a proud father of three children and resides in Coquitlam, BC.
